Hazel is a leader & educator with over 3 decades in the healthcare industry.  Her nursing career spans inpatient, emergency, and home health settings.  She has worked both in large university and small rural hospitals.  Most recently, she has served as corporate trainer, inspirational speaker and leadership coach in a large medical system. She is a Certified Performance Coach as well as a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach.

Hazel brings the leadership strengths of influence, communication, positivity and drive to make things better and simpler.  She sees herself as a master gardener of leadership talent and is dedicated to see each plant (person) grow to its full potential and bear its own fruit.  Creating an environment where people flourish and prosper is integral to creating a space where we all become better, healthier versions of ourselves

MA IN BEHAVIORAL HEATH WITH AN EMPHASIS ON SUPPORTING MARITAL AND FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS. CERTIFIED IN COUNSELING PEOPLE WITH ADDICTIONS. 

Caitlin is trained in a therapeutic approach to the many challenges we face in life.  Whether that is in a family setting or individually.  She has spent several years in school districts supporting children who are learning to cope with a variety of disorders.  Additionally, she  managed an outpatient clinic for women who were recovering from alcohol and drug dependence.  Caitlin is actively working with a large organization,  supporting families whose children have developmental challenges. Caitlin is a well rounded counselor for individuals who are finding their pathways in a complex world. She is especially passionate about the journey of women as they struggle with career, family, interpersonal relationships and children.
